Ranitidina HCl 10 g.

PRESENTACION: Botellas plásticas conteniendo 500 y 1000ml.
INDICACIONES: Tratamiento de úlceras gástricas, duodenales, gastritis y esofagitis por reflujo. Preventivo frente a los efectos secundarios de los antiinflamatorios no esteroides.
DOSIFICACION: La dosis diaria es de 2,2 a 6,6 mg/Kg/p/v., 3 veces por día. Esto equivale a 2,2 a 6,6 mililitros cada 100 kilos de peso vivo, o 10 a 30 mililitros de jarabe en un equino de 450 kg. 3 veces por día. Se ha notado que la dosificación inferior a 2,2 mg/kg. hace desaparecer los síntomas en 24 a 48 hs. en la mayoría de los animales tratados, pero algunos a la inspección gastroscópica, no presentaron cicatrización de las úlceras. Por esta razón, la dosis deberá ser ajustada según el criterio del profesional actuante.
Destinado a equinos deportivos. En ningún caso debe ser administrado a animales cuyo destino final pudiera ser el consumo alimentario humano.
Conservar entre 5 y 25°C al abrigo de la luz solar directa y la humedad.

INDICATIONS: Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis and esophagitis due to reflux. It is preventive regarding the secondary effects of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs.
DOSAGE: The daily dose is 2.2 to 6.6 mg/kg live weight 3 times a day. This is equivalent to 2.2 to 6.6 milliliters each 100 kilos live weight, or 10-30 milliliters of syrup for a horse of 450 kg, 3 times a day. It has been noted that a dose lower than 2.2 mg/kg makes symptoms disappear in 24-48 hours in most of the animals treated, but some of them did not show ulcers healing during the gastroscopy. For this reason, the dose must be adjusted according to the acting professional’s criteria.
LENGTH OF THE TREATMENT: Between 10 and 30 days.
Shake well before using.
PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS: It can cause bradycardia and histamine release. Do not administer the product concurrently with antacids or metoclopramide. Do not use it in cases of probable gastric carcinoma, or in patients with renal failure, liver dysfunction or cardiovascular disorders, or that show hypersensitivity to the drug. High doses during several months may produce antiandrogenic effects.
To be used in sport horses. It must never be administered to animals that might be used for human food consumption.
